2010 SHOWCASE EXHIBITOR APPLICATION 

Showcase, the Ken-Ton Chamber of Commerce’s annual spring business/community event, will be held May 1 - 2, 2010 at Lincoln Arena in the Town of Tonawanda.  We expect over 10,000 attendees over the course of the two-day event.  We are going back in time with our That 70’s Show-case theme for the 2010 show.  We would like you to become a partner in our mission through either a Showcase sponsorship or by being an Exhibitor in our upcoming event.   A Showcase sponsorship provides: ·         Valuable exposure for your organization through our aggressive marketing campaign, acknowledgement on Chamber website, in Business Journal, and in all PR. ·          Complimentary Exhibitors Booth (for sponsorships of $1,000 or more). ·          The opportunity for your organization to be seen as a good corporate citizen: ‘giving-back’ and supporting your community.   As a 2010 Exhibitor, we will provide: ·          The opportunity to reserve your booth early, before registration forms are distributed in the Jan. issue of the Business Journal, and choose your preferred booth location. ·          An Early Bird Discount (for Commercial Exhibitors) of $50 or a free insert in the monthly Business Journal, when your paid registration is received by Jan. 31st.   Back by Popular Demand: ·         First Timers Discount (for Commercial Exhibitors).  If you have never participated in the Showcase before, you are eligible to save $25 off the price of your booth.  ·          Common Booth.  Interested persons who may not have participated in the past because of the 2-day commitment can utilize one of the 2-hour shifts for the Common Booth for only $95.     Above, you will find a preliminary floor plan of the arena as well as all of the Sponsorship opportunities.  Act now - return your completed Sponsor or Exhibitor Form for Showcase 2010. Early registration guarantees maximum exposure for your organization - your logo on signage, print ads, etc.   Please note, the hours have slightly changed for the 2010 show, they will now be from 10a-5p on Saturday and 10a-3p on Sunday.   Showcase highlights the best the Ken-Ton Community has to offer - local businesses, schools and community organizations, fantastic food and local entertainment - and supports community non-profits.
